SafeBiz AI / Accessibility statement

Accessibility statement

SafeBiz aims to make its website usable by as many people as possible. This statement describes the measures included and how to report a barrier; it does not claim verified conformance to an accessibility standard.

Launch draft — confirmation required

Target standard, formal assessment, findings, and statement approval are pending. Review date: awaiting confirmation.

1. Measures included

The website uses semantic headings and navigation, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus, layouts for different screen sizes, and reduced-motion preferences. These measures support accessibility but do not by themselves establish conformance.

2. Assessment and conformance

Desktop and mobile layout checks have been completed. They are not a formal accessibility audit or a substitute for keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and contrast testing.

Confirmation required

Confirm the applicable standard and level, for example WCAG 2.2 AA if appropriate to your obligations. Arrange a formal assessment of all pages and the questionnaire, including keyboard and screen-reader behavior, contrast, text resizing, zoom, and error or status announcements. Record assessor, date, scope, results, and verified conformance status.

3. Known barriers and remediation

A complete list of accessibility barriers has not yet been established. The absence of a listed issue should not be interpreted as confirmation that none exist.

Confirmation required

Publish the assessment’s known limitations, accessible alternatives, remediation owners, and target dates. Confirm coverage of any documents or third-party services offered through the website.

4. Report an accessibility barrier

To report a difficulty, email hello@safebiz.ai using the link below. If possible, include the page address, the task, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you used. Do not include sensitive information.

Confirmation required

Confirm the monitored accessibility contact, an alternative contact method if email is not suitable, and a realistic response timeframe. No response deadline has been assumed.

5. Statement approval and review

This statement should be kept current as the website, its resources, and services change.

Confirmation required

Confirm the responsible legal organisation, applicable accessibility obligations, any required complaint or enforcement route, and the next review date. Obtain formal approval and update this statement with the assessment outcome before claiming conformance.
