SafeBiz AI / Privacy notice

Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit the SafeBiz AI website or contact us. The marked details must be completed and reviewed before this notice is approved for launch.

Launch draft — confirmation required

Controller details, data-handling arrangements, and legal review are pending. Effective date: awaiting confirmation.

1. Who is responsible

SafeBiz AI is the brand used on this website. The legal organisation responsible for personal information must be identified below.

Confirmation required

Confirm the controller’s full legal name, registered address, registration details where required, and privacy contact. The current website uses hello@safebiz.ai; confirm that this address is correct and monitored.

2. AI Risk Snapshot

The questionnaire calculates its recommendation in your browser. Its answers are held temporarily in page memory; the questionnaire does not submit them to SafeBiz or save them in browser storage. Using “Answer again” or reloading the page clears them. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information.

3. Email enquiries

Contact and resource-request links open your email application. Clicking a link does not submit an enquiry through a website form. If you send an email, its contents and the contact information you provide are received through the recipient’s email service.

Confirmation required

Confirm who handles enquiries, the purposes and applicable lawful bases for using enquiry data, email providers, and retention periods. Confirm how resource requests and any later marketing communications are handled; do not assume an enquiry is marketing consent.

4. Website operation and cookies

Google Analytics 4 measures visits and pages viewed only after you accept analytics or enable it in Cookie preferences. Its script is not loaded before consent or when you reject optional tracking. Google may process device, browser, network, and usage information and set _ga and _ga_* cookies. This website sends page views without URL query strings or fragments, does not send questionnaire answers, and disables Google Signals and advertising personalisation. Marketing tracking stays off. Your versioned consent choice is stored on this device under safebiz-cookie-consent for 180 days. You can withdraw analytics consent using Cookie settings; this clears accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop its script. Withdrawal does not delete data already received by Google.

Confirmation required

Confirm Google Analytics property ownership, enhanced-measurement settings, data retention, cookie lifetimes, Google’s applicable processing entity, processor terms, international-transfer arrangements, and consent as the appropriate lawful basis. Disable automatic history page views and any unwanted enhanced-measurement events in the Google property to avoid duplicates or extra collection. Verify hosting logs and other cookies separately, and approve the consent-record retention period and necessary-storage classification before launch.

5. Sharing, storage, and transfers

Information used to operate the website and handle enquiries may be processed by service providers. Their actual arrangements must be documented rather than assumed.

Confirmation required

Confirm recipients and processors, processing locations, security arrangements, retention and deletion rules, and any international transfers and required safeguards. Include additional processing by the offered services in a separate service notice where appropriate.

6. Your rights and contact

Where the GDPR applies, rights may include access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing, and lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. These rights are subject to applicable conditions. Contact SafeBiz through the email link below to make a privacy enquiry; do not include sensitive information in an initial message.

Confirmation required

Confirm the applicable rights, how requests are submitted and verified, any data-protection officer or representative, and the relevant supervisory authority and complaint route. Obtain legal review of this notice and set its effective date before removing the confirmation markers.
